CLEAN ENERGY FOR THE SEA .

At Cressi, our most important project is to save the sea

With many of the world’s most influential companies committing to renewable sources of power to address global warming, Cressi is proud to announce that its Genoa factory is operating with 100% renewable energy.

Cressi’s energy strategy is directly tied to its passion for the sea. At Cressi, we understand that the world’s oceans are imperiled, and the entire ecosystem is under threat. Cressi was founded, and is still located, just steps from the sea in Genoa. We breathe sea air every day and are impacted by it in everything we do. Every one of our products is inspired by the incredible beauty of the waters we are privileged to see every day.

Alternative and renewable energy sources are crucial for the environmental health of the world’s seas and for our future. The only way to fight ocean pollution and to conserve the beauty and health of the planet’s oceans is to be aware and proactive. At Cressi, we decided to take action: 100% of the energy used in our Genoa factory is clean and completely green, supplied by LifeGate Energy.

LifeGate Energy is the first Italian distributor of 100% clean energy to businesses and the public. To make the renewable energy cycle totally clean, LifeGate Energy adheres to the Zero Impact® project: the carbon dioxide generated by the production and management of the supply chain is offset by contributing to the creation and protection of forests, which are capable of reabsorbing it.

It is not an easy path, but Cressi is fully committed to this initiative. By embracing renewable energy, we are supporting sustainability, ocean conservation, and a corporate culture that promotes innovation, differentiation, and a lasting, positive impact on our community of scuba divers and free divers.

It is our future and our latest, most important, and best project.
